حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ عَبْدَ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ وَسَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوْصَانِي أَخِي إِذَا قَدِمْتُ أَنْ أَنْظُرَ ابْنَ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَأَقْبِضَهُ فَإِنَّهُ ابْنِي وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ أَخِي وَابْنُ أَمَةِ أَبِي وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِ أَبِي فَرَأَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَبَهًا بَيِّنًا بِعُتْبَةَ فَقَالَ هُوَ لَكَ يَا عَبْدُ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ
Telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdullah bin Muhammad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Az Zuhriy] dari ['Urwah] dari ['Aisyah radliallahu 'anha] bahwa 'Abdu bin Zam'ah dan Sa'ad bin Abi Waqash mengadu kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam tentang anak budak wanita Zam'ah. Sa'ad berkata: "Wahai Rasulullah, saudaraku berwasiat kepadaku apabila aku datang dan bertemu dengan anak hamba sahaya Zam'ah supaya aku mengambilnya karena dia adalah anakku". Dan berkata 'Abdu bin Zam'ah: "Saudaraku dan anak dari hamba sahaya bapakku lahir diatas tempat tidur bapakku". Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melihat tanda kemiripan dengan jelas ada pada 'Utbah namun Beliau berkata: "Anak itu milikmu wahai 'Abdu bin Zam'ah. Anak itu berasal dari tempat tidur (perkawinan) sedangkan untuk pezina baginya batu (rajam). Jauhkanlah dia dariku, wahai Saudah ". (HR. Bukhari: 2243)
Narrated ʿAisha: ʿAbd bin Zamʿa and Saʿd bin Abi Waqqas carried the case of their claim of the (ownership) of the son of a slave-qirl of Zamʿa before the Prophet (ﷺ). Saʿd said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! My brother, before his death, told me that when I would return (to Mecca), I should search for the son of the slave-girl of Zamʿa and take him into my custody as he was his son." ʿAbd bin Zamʿa said, 'the is my brother and the son of the slave-girl of my father, and was born or my father's bed." The Prophet (ﷺ) noticed a resemblance between Utba and the boy but he said, "O ʿAbd bin Zamʿa! You will get this boy, as the son goes to the owner of the bed. You, Sauda, screen yourself from the boy." (Bukhari: 2243)
