حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَحَقُّ مَا أَوْفَيْتُمْ مِنْ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abul Walid Hisyam bin Abdul Malik] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Laits] dari [Yazid bin Abu Habib] dari [Abul Khair] dari [Uqbah] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Syarat yang paling berhak untuk kalian penuhi adalah, syarat yang dengannya farji dihalalkan (menikah)." (HR. Bukhari: 4754)
Narrated ʿUqba: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women's) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract)." (Bukhari: 4754)
