حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ عَطَسَ رَجُلَانِ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَشَمَّتَ أَحَدَهُمَا وَلَمْ يُشَمِّتْ الْآخَرَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ هَذَا حَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَهَذَا لَمْ يَحْمَدْ اللَّهَ
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Katsir] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sulaiman] dari [Anas bin Malik] radliallahu 'anhu dia berkata; "Dua orang laki-laki tengah bersin di dekat Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, lalu beliau mendo'akan yang satu dan membiarkan yang lain, maka ditanyakan kepada beliau, beliau pun menjawab: "Orang ini memuji Allah, (maka aku mendo'akannya) dan yang ini tidak memuji Allah." (HR. Bukhari: 5753)
Narrated Anas bin Malik: Two men sneezed before the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) said to one of them, "May Allah bestow His Mercy on you," but he did not say that to the other. On being asked (why), the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "That one praised Allah (at the time of sneezing), while the other did not praise Allah." (Bukhari: 5753)
