أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاصَلَ فَوَاصَلَ النَّاسُ فَشَقَّ عَلَيْهِمْ فَنَهَاهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ قَالَ لَسْتُ كَهَيْئَتِكُمْ إِنِّي أَظَلُّ أُطْعَمُ وَأُسْقَى

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Take Suhur as there is a blessing in it."
