حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ لَا هِجْرَةَ وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا وَقَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَلَدَ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَحِلَّ الْقِتَالُ فِيهِ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي وَلَمْ يَحِلَّ لِي إِلَّا سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ وَلَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ وَلَا يَلْتَقِطُ إِلَّا مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ فَإِنَّهُ لِقَيْنِهِمْ وَلِبُيُوتِهِمْ فَقَالَ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا مُفَضَّلٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ فِي هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَقَالَ بَدَلَ الْقِتَالِ الْقَتْلَ وَقَالَ لَا يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ إِلَّا مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim Al Hanzhali] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Jarir] dari [Manshur] dari [Mujahid] dari [Thawus] dari [Ibnu Abbas] ia berkata; Pada hari penaklukan kota Makkah, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Makkah telah ditaklukkan. Mulai sekarang tidak ada lagi hijrah. Yang ada hanyalah jihad dan niat menegakkan agama Allah. Bila kamu diperintahkan berangkat, maka berangkatlah. Makkah telah ditaklukkan. Sesungguhnya tanah ini diharamkan Allah sejak terciptanya langit dan bumi. Maka negeri ini negeri haram, karena diharamkannya Allah hingga hari kiamat. Siapa pun tidak boleh berperang di negeri ini, baik orang yang sebelumku maupun aku sendiri, kecuali hanya satu saat di siang hari bagiku. Negeri adalah negeri haram karena diharamkan Allah sampai hari kiamat. Di negeri ini tidak boleh seseorang memotong pohon berduri, tidak boleh memburu binatang-binatangnya, tidak boleh memungut barang hilang karena tercecer, kecuali untuk diumumkan, dan tidak boleh memotong rerumputnya." Kemudian berkatalah Abbas, "Wahai Rasulullah, selain Idzkhir, karena Idzkhir diperlukan untuk tukang pencelup dan pembangun rumah." Maka Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pun bersabda: "Melainkan Idzkhir." Dan telah menceritakan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Rafi'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Adam] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Mufadldlal] dari [Manshur] dalam isnad ini, semisalnya. Dan ia tidak menyebutkan; Pada hari, ketika Dia menciptakan langit dan bumi." Kemudian ia menggantikan kata Al Qital dengan Al Qatlu dan ia juga menyebutkan; "Tidak boleh memungut barang hilang karena tercecer, kecuali untuk diumumkan." (HR. Muslim: 2412)
Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying on the Day of Victory over Mecca: There is no Hijra (emigration) but only Jihad and good intention; and when you are called to battle, then go forth. He also said on the Day of Victory over Mecca: Allah made this town sacred on the day He created the earth and the heavens; so it is -sacred by the sacred- ness conferred on it by Allah until the Day of Resurrection and fighting in it was not lawful to anyone before me, and it was made lawful for me only during an hour on one day, for it is sacred by the sacredness conferred on it by Allah until the Day of Resurrection. Its thorns are not to be cut, its game is not to be molested, and the things dropped are to be picked up only by one who makes a public announcement of it, and its fresh herbage is not to be cut. Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) said: Messenger of Allah, exception may be made in case of rush, for it is useful for their blacksmiths and for their houses. He (the Holy Prophet) conceding the suggestion of 'Abbas) said: Except rush. A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Mansur, but he did not mention:" On that very day He created the heavens and the earth," and he (the narrator) substituted the word" fighting" (qital) for" killing" (qatl), and further said:" No one is to pick up the dropped thing except one who makes a public announcement of it."
