و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ مُوَافِينَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ قَالَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَرَادَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهِلَّ فَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أَهْدَيْتُ لَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ قَالَتْ فَكَانَ مِنْ الْقَوْمِ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ قَالَتْ فَكُنْتُ أَنَا مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَخَرَجْنَا حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ فَأَدْرَكَنِي يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ لَمْ أَحِلَّ مِنْ عُمْرَتِي فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ دَعِي عُمْرَتَكِ وَانْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ قَالَتْ فَفَعَلْتُ فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ وَقَدْ قَضَى اللَّهُ حَجَّنَا أَرْسَلَ مَعِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَأَرْدَفَنِي وَخَرَجَ بِي إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَقَضَى اللَّهُ حَجَّنَا وَعُمْرَتَنَا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي ذَلِكَ هَدْيٌ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَا صَوْمٌ و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مُوَافِينَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ لَا نَرَى إِلَّا الْحَجَّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَبْدَةَ و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُوَافِينَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ مِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ فَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِهِمَا و قَالَ فِيهِ قَالَ عُرْوَةُ فِي ذَلِكَ إِنَّهُ قَضَى اللَّهُ حَجَّهَا وَعُمْرَتَهَا قَالَ هِشَامٌ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي ذَلِكَ هَدْيٌ وَلَا صِيَامٌ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ
Dan Telah meceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdah bin Sulaiman] dari [Hisyam] dari [bapaknya] dari [Aisyah] radliallahu 'anha, ia berkata; kami keluar bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pada saat haji wada' bertepatan dengan munculnya hilal Dari Dzulhijjah. Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Siapa di antara kalian yang ingin ihram untuk umrah, maka silahkan. Seandainya aku tidak membawa hadya (hewan kurban) niscaya aku akan ihram untuk umrah." Kami di antara kami ada yang ihram untuk umrah dan ada pula yang ihram untuk haji, dan saya termauk yang ihram untuk umrah. Kami pun berangkat hingga sampai di Makkah. Dan ketika hari Arafah tiba, aku haid, sementara aku belum tahallul dari umrahku. Maka aku pun mengadu kepada Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau kemudian bersabda: "Tinggalkanlah umrahmu, lepaskanlah sanggul, sisirlah rambutmu dan berihramlah untuk haji." Lalu aku pun mengerjakannya. Pada malam Hashabah setelah kami menunaikan haji, beliau mengutus Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakar untuk menemaniku (mengerjakan umrah). Maka ia memboncengku dan berangkat menuju Tan'im, kemudian aku pun ihram untuk Umrah sehingga Allah menyelesaikan Haji dan Umrah kami. Sedangkan saat itu tidak ada hadyu (hewan kurban) dan tidak pula sedekah serta puasa. Dan Telah meceritakan kepada kami [Abu Kuraib] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Numair] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam] dari [bapaknya] dari [Aisyah] radliallahu 'anha, ia berkata; Kami keluar bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bertepatan dengan munculnya hilal Dzulhijjah, dan kami tidak bermaksud lain, kecuali untuk menunaikan haji. Lalu Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Siapa diantara kalian yang ingin ihram untuk umrah, maka silahkan." Maka ia pun menuturkan hadits yang semisal dengan haditsnya Abdah. Dan Telah meceritakan kepada kami [Abu Kuraib] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam] dari [bapaknya] dari [Aisyah] radliallahu 'anha, ia berkata; "Kami keluar bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bertepatan dengan munculnya hilal Dzulhijjah. Di antara kami ada yang ihram untuk umrah dan ada pula yang umrah untuk haji serta ada pula yang menggabungkan keduanya. Dan saya termasuk yang ihram untuk umrah." Ia pun menyebutkan hadits, sebagaimana hadits keduanya. Dan ia menyebutkan; Urwah berkatata; "Allah telah meng-qadla- haji dan umrahnya." Hisyam berkata; "Dalam hal itu, tidak ada hadyu (hewan kurban), tidak pula puasa, dan juga tidaka ada sedekah." (HR. Muslim: 2112)
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: We went with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him? (in his) Farewell Pilgrimage near the time of the appearance of the new moon of Dhu'I-Hijja. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: He who amongst you intends to put on Ihram for Umra may do so; bad I not brought sacrificial animal along with me, I would have put on Ihram for Umra. She (further said). There were some persons who put on Ihram for Umrs, and some persons who put on Ibrim for gajj, and 1 was one of those who put on Ihram for Umra. We went on till we reached Mecca, and on the day of 'Arafa I found myself In a state of menses, but I did not put off the Ihram for Umra. I told about (this state of mine) to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him). whereupon he said: Abandon your 'Umra, and undo the hair of your head and comb (them), and put on Ihram for Hajj 'she ('A'isha) said: I did accordingly. When it was the night at Hasba and Allah enabled us to complete our Hajj, he (the Holy Prophet) sent with me Abd al-Rahman b. Abu Bakr, and he mounted me behind him on his camel and took me to Tan'im and I put on Ihram for 'Umra, and thus Allah enabled us to complete our Hajj and Umra and (we wore required to observe) neither sacrifice nor alms nor fasting. A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said: We set out with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) just at the appearance of the new moon of Dhu'l- Hijja. We had no other intention but that of performing the Hajj, whereupon the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: He who among you intends to put on Ihram for 'Umra should do so for 'Umra. The rest of the badith is the same. A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: We went with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) at the appearance of the new moon of Dhu'I-Hijja. There were amongst us those who had put on Ihram for Umra, and those also who had put on Ihram both for Hajj and Umra, and still those who had put on Ihram for Hajj (alone). I was one of those who had put on Ihram for. Umra (only). 'Urwa (one of the narrators) said: Allah enabled her (Hdrat A'isha) to complete both Hajj and Umra (according to the way as mentioned above). Hisham (one of the narrators) said: She had neither the sacrificial animal nor (was she required to) fast, nor (was she obliged to give) alms. (Muslim: 2112)
