حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْمَكِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَضْحَكُ اللَّهُ إِلَى رَجُلَيْنِ يَقْتُلُ أَحَدُهُمَا الْآخَرَ كِلَاهُمَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ فَقَالُوا كَيْفَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ يُقَاتِلُ هَذَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَيُسْتَشْهَدُ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ اللَّهُ عَلَى الْقَاتِلِ فَيُسْلِمُ فَيُقَاتِلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَيُسْتَشْهَدُ و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abu Umar Al Maki] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Abu Az Zinad] dari [Al A'raj] dari [Abu Hurairah] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Allah tertawa terhadap dua orang yang saling membunuh, dan kedua-duanya masuk surga." Maka para sahabat bertanya; "Bagaimana hal itu bisa terjadi wahai Rasulullah?" beliau menjawab: "Salah seorang darinya berperang di jalan Allah 'azza wajalla lalu dia mati syahid, kemudian Allah menerima taubat si pembunuh, lalu ia masuk Islam dan berperang di jalan Allah 'azza wajalla hingga mati syahid." Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Zuhair bin Harb] dan [Abu Kuraib] mereka berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Sufyan] dari [Abu Az Zinad] dengan sanad seperti ini." It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: God laughs at the two men both of whom will enter Paradise (though) one of them kills the other. They said: Messenger of Allah, how is it? He said: One of them fights in the way of Allah, the Almighty and Exalted. and dies a martyr. Then God turns in mercy to the murderer who embraces Islam, fights in the way of Allah, the Almighty and Exalted, and dies a martyr. The same tradition has been narrated on the authority of Abu Zinad (with the same chain of transmitters). (Muslim: 3504)
