Shahih Bukhari - 6304

Telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Ali bin Abdullah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid bin Muslim] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Auza'i] telah menceritakan kepadaku [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] mengatakan, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Qilabah Al Jarmi] dari [Anas] radliallahu 'anhu mengatakan, beberapa orang dari kabilah 'Ukli menemui Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menyatakan keIslamannya, tetapi mereka tidak cocok dengan iklim Madinah sehingga Nabi memerintahkan mereka untuk mendatangi unta-unta sedekah untuk meminum air kencingnya dan susunya. Mereka melakukan perintah tersebut dan mereka pun sembuh. Namun mereka murtad dan membunuh penggembalanya, merampok unta-untanya. Maka Nabi mengutus (pasukan) untuk meyusuri jejak mereka sehingga mereka bisa ditangkap. Kemudian Nabi memotong tangan dan kaki mereka serta mencongkel mata mereka, dan Nabi tidak menghentikan penghukuman terhadap mereka hingga mereka tewas. (HR. Bukhari: 6304)

Narrated Anas: Some people from the tribe of 'Ukl came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and embraced Islam. The climate of Medina did not suit them, so the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered them to go to the (herd of milch) camels of charity and to drink, their milk and urine (as a medicine). They did so, and after they had recovered from their ailment (became healthy) they turned renegades (reverted from Islam) and killed the shepherd of the camels and took the camels away. The Prophet (ﷺ) sent (some people) in their pursuit and so they were (caught and) brought, and the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered that their hands and legs should be cut off and that their eyes should be branded with heated pieces of iron, and that their cut hands and legs should not be cauterized, till they die.
